Hey Bros,
I have been having a hard time lately with injections....I seem to have quite a build up of scar tissue on my quads and glutes due to a few years of injections, currently I am doing TTE 400 and EQ injections...2cc/injection
Is there anything I can do to help break it up such as getting massages or anything? What do you guys do or what would you suggest??
I am pretty content with using these areas at this point in time....I just want to know what I can exactly due to help with the scar tissue in these spots

Deep tissue massage is about the only thing that will break up the scar tissue you've built up.

deep tissue messages might help. you'll probably have to keep off those spots for a little bit.

Try using delts too. I have the same problem too, but I find angling the pin sometimes helps.

I don't think your female will cut it, you'll need a professional and pay accordingly to do it right. Some guys look for ages for a decent message therapist that will do a proper job and probably leave you with some nice bruises for a couple of days, mine does. Make a guy wonder about these vets that have been sticking pins in themselves for 10, 15 or 20 years and how scar tissue has effected them??

If you can reach it to pin it you can massage it yourself and yes the next day after a good cross friction or myofacial massage can be a bit tender if there if you break up adhesions.

use smaller needles with smaller gauges, that will minimize any future scar tissue. I've started shooting quads with 25 gauge 1 inchers. Takes for ever to pump in but there is no point in putting too much needle in.
