Hey Bro's,

Trying to figure out what I did wrong if anything. Shot 1.6cc's of Test and Tren E in my left shoulder last Friday. I am still in extreme pain today. I have done countless Delt shots, including the same gear I am pinning now..

Usually I just get a minor discomfort 24 hours later and then it subsides.. Well 5 days later and I can barely sleep or lift.. When I injected, I felt this pinch inside the muscle as I pushed the plunger..It hurt pushing it in, like this weird pinch inside... Scar tissue ? I just looked in the mirror and its now got a yellowish tinge and is still swollen..

Hematoma ? Just a bad shot ? Oil settling between nerves ? Can't figure it out… It feels like a charlie horse from hell and I'm no stanger to delt shots.. I am thinking I punched through scar tisse and the oil is dissapating and spreading the scar tissue apart causing swelling, does that make sense ?

Any thoughts ?

Sounds like you went through scar tissue, felt like your pushing through styro foam? Could be that in combo of hitting a nerve. 5 days is a bit long though.

Is the site where you injected warm or hot?
I get the odd time where i hit scar tissue and it feels like pushing thru styrofoam as one person called it on this thread.
Take some benadryl and see if that works for the swelling.

ya, it was kinda like pushing through foam. Advil helps as does heat. Everyday I am getting a bit more mobile. I know it's not the gear cause I did the exact same amount in the right delt and soreness gone after 24 hours...

I have done 100's of delt shots, just never had one bruise from the inside, at least that's what it looks like ( and feels like someone punched my arm from the inside if that makes sense ) And I can never gauge if my injection sites are "warm" cause honestly ALL of my injection spots have always been warm and hot to the touch. I suspect I am bit more sensitive to BA than others. Not sure, but I have NEVER done a shot and not had it be hot or warm.

Ya man, I always rotate and toss a glute in between. Most times the delts are being hit once very 10 days

got any keflex handy ?

Nope, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have some stuff laying around. Got some amoxicillin

On a side note, I thought Keflex is no longer being manufactured for sale in Canada. ? Is that just the actually brand name ? but you can still get the generic cephalexin ?

Quads are a good spot to throw in to the injection schedule lots of realastate there.

quads were my favorite till I did one bad shot, couldn't walk or drive for a week. punched through some blood vessels and the oil dissipated beside some nerves. Pain to the extreme. I usually get one bad shot every 2nd cycle or so... So Quads are out till next run, then I'll try to forget about the bad shot and continue hitting them...lol

Ya, TBH I don't really like to use antibiotics unless I have too ( doctor approved ). I have the Amox laying around from strep throat I had. Just kept it in case, but if it wont do shit then I'm gonna toss is...

Thanks

Just to let you guys know you can get keflex (Cephalexin) from the states as a fish antibiotic product called "Fish Flex" without a prescription. Apparently it's in pill form and usp grade so just pop it like you would any other pill. You can get a bunch of other kinds of antibiotics too, amox "fish mox", penicillin "fish pen"etc. Of course customs may seize it if they open the package but probably unlikely.
