I need help figuring out a name for my personal training business. I need to have at least 3 names to submit to the BC registry, and the only one that I like is the only one I can think of:
Back to Basics Personal Training
I'm really wanting to get this going, as I need to start getting domain name purchased, web site built, business cards done, and all that other good stuff, but I'm at a blank right now.
So... help?

How about "Plate Training". You will train them for both iron plates and eating plates.

Won't eating plates hurt their teeth? :D

I like the good source of iron, I can't wait to hit it again. :D
I'm trying to find something that's a good middle ground for someone wanting to who is not a bodybuilder.
Well, they might not be one, but they will be after I'm done with them. ;) I'm looking to help people do transformations. :)

just make sure you have personal training in the title, as they will be common search keywords for yellow pages, intrernet search engines, chamber pages, bbb etc.

That's all you've got huh? That's more than I've had in the last year! :D I'm usually great at thinking up names.
One I'm also rolling around - A Perfect Change Personal Training. To me it almost sounds too girly, but that actually might be a good thing. Any thoughts on that one?
Some of the other one's you and others have listed are helping spark ideas. Keep them coming peeps, I appreciate it!!

What part of the population are you hoping to work with most? Soccer moms? serious athletes? Starting beginners off on the great path of fitness?

All of the above, really. I'm looking to show people how effective the "bodybuilding lifestyle" can be by showing how to make changes in shorter amounts of time. I'd like to work with anyone really, I'm a pretty versatile person. I want them to see that it's fun, doesn't have to be about little fitness balls and eating carrots, and that they can make small changes that will change their lives in a big way.
My approach will be all sweet and innocent, but when I get them in the gym it's going to be 100% bodybuilding! :D

Hey...you wanted the soccer moms. Some are even hot. They will be even hotter once you work with them for a while.
Or how about "Flab to Fab"?:puff I am surprised Alladin did not come up with this gem.

Yup, they sure will and I'll still be married to my beautiful and loving wife.
Speaking of her, we just sat down and went over all of the names, and submitted three in the following order:
Back to Basics Personal Training
Old School Personal Training
A Perfect Change Personal Training
We'll see what happens...
Thanks for the help everyone, I really appreciated it! :yeah

my vote goes with A perfect change, for 2 reasons, the A to put you in the front, and perfect change implying that you are meeting their needs, not your or something unobtainable. :beer

This seems to be like a lot of people say about bodybuilding.
I teach it and I find great.
All my clients use it any age, gender goal.
What do you know about it to have such a strong opinion?

And I don't think any of us have anything against pilates, it's just that a lot of people that do it think that it's a workout like weight training.
Guy #1: "Woohoo! I benched 400lbs today!!! I'm pooped!"
Guy #2: "I know what you mean... I had a killer one today, too."
Guy #1:"What'd you do?"
Guy #2:"A brutal pilates workout..."

Just not a workout that I personally enjoy at all. I've tried a few different ones, but it doesn't compare to the love of the iron for me.
I finally get to go and workout tomorrow, I've been off for 2 months due to a pinched nerve in my neck, and yesterday the doc clearer me for workouts. Makes me happy! :D
Strangely enough, I can't wait to start waking up at 4am to do my cardio...
