Anyone have any tips on how to reduce Post Injection swelling (not the day of, usually swells up 1-2 days after and stays for like a week)

I injected my left delt with either prop, or t400/deca, cant even remember, was like 5 days ago

anyway the seperation inbetween by delt and bi/tri is almost non-existent now because its so swollen haha.

Not to mention it hurts like hell.

Anyway, besides the obvious icing, any advice on what to do.

try some ibprofen or use your glutes for those injections

I think I've heard antihistamines recommended before... Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Or advil, as it acts as an anti-inflamatory also. I run the syringe under hotwater for a minute or so prior to injecting, and then massage the site after for 5 minutes or so and that seems to almost always work for me. High BA content can also lead to this too, so I stick the vial in the oven at 200 deg F for about ten to 15 mins with a 20 gauge pin in the stopper as a vent and burn off excess BA.

the advice is all good that's been said, especially heat+massage the area. But don't go back into the area right away. I found the pain sometimes gets worse if i don't let it fully be absorbed, plus there are so many other spots to hit

Added an Article in the article section if that helps out at all for future reference.
