Tribulus

Does anybody know what affect tribulus has on birth control in women? Tribulus is suppose to increase the FSH which is responsible for ovulation and fertility.

FSH is responsible for the maturation of the egg.
In controlled studies..Tribulus has actually not shown any effects as it's claim.

I take it myself off of a cycle and honestly can't say it does anything.

If your gf is thinking of doing any supplements that are NOT OTC....being on birth control is counter productive and should be stopped.

And since there are no studies of Tribulus and birth control....I wouldn't risk it either way. If your not sure whether or not its going to have an effect on the strength of whatever pill she is on....don't take the chance of having unprotected sex (if not having a child is your main concern)...obviously.
