BF% and Estrogenic Sides while on

My first cycle was started when I was at about 23%bf. I was only running 500mg TestE\week along with Proviron. I needed to take .625mg of Letro\day because my nipples were getting itchy. Now that I am 18% bf and on 250mg TestE\week with Var I do not need the Letro.

From my reading estro sides start increasing greatly above 15% bf. I am sure side vary between individuals. Letro works great for me and is economical because you can quarter the pills.

Visceral fat produces aromatase ... thus, a trimmer midsection results in lesser aromatization(and less estrogen) to a degree; however this is only half of the puzzle - Receptor sensitivity (ie glandular tissue) also plays a part. Some dudes can blast large amounts of aromatizable compounds and never need an anti E despite obviously having elevated estrogen (Test aromatizes @ about 30%) ... meanwhile, someone with considerably less circulating estrogen may expereince bloating, gyno etc.

Everything varies person to person, but yeah staying <15 is probably a good preventative measure and good health practice aswell.
