That picture of him with the cell phone is obnoxious.

So is this pre or post surgery? His waist is very tiny!

I agree, cell phones have no place in gyms. It's the belt that makes his waist look small. That and he's only squatting about 3 plates...with bad form.

He will never win an O any how....I agree with the cell phone...maybe he realized that he ran out of GH or something and was placing a delivery to his house :D :D

A convicted felon---will not make the rank to number 1 IMO
PLUS he is too short to win I think.

I don't think he's very strong, relative to others. Thats what his pictures show anyways. I've always thought he had a great physique.

It's interesting and funny that you say that, here is my take:

Bodybuilders do not need to strive for poundages---it is where most injuries occur IMO.
Bodybuilders sculpt and conversely modify each inch of their body on a daily base.
People that see me as anomaly ask me: OMG how much do you bench press?
I don't bench to break records, I work comfortable with 275 and never ever go past 305...there is absolutely no need.--I tear the muscle quite well at 275--hitting sets of 8-10

Weightlifters or powerlifters? Go for raw mass, go for poundage.

Victor Martinez had a buddy who wanted to buy some juice...Victors biggest mistake is that HE had his juice connection come to HIS apartment where he also had the buddy that was looking for stuff come....the guy that was looking for stuff chickened out and sent the feds instead...the feds busted Victor for possession with intentions of selling.

This is his story.

Victor has got to be one of the best bodybuilders out there, from a physique point of view.

To me, the guy just seems to have that flow to his physique, the way each muscle group is so well balanced and proportioned with the parts around it... Classic, kind of like what they used to call "lines" when talking about 60s muscle beach guys... but with a totally modern kind of mass.

Good Lord, kid, this is a bodybuilding website. The entire competitive side of this sport is predicated around the aesthetic appreciation of the competitors' physical development. If that makes you feel uncomfortable to the point where you have to make a joke about it... maybe this isn't the right hobby for you. ;)

I like Vic alot, i've been watching his vids that have been on MD latly seems like a cool guy and he's got some interesting stuff to say. Also he just opened a restaraunt somewhere in NYC.

I really like what he had to say about ROM and Mind Muscle connection in regards to back exercises especially the pullup and bent over BB row.

Part 1:

Rest of his vids are pretty good as well.

Didn`t Victor win the ASC after he went to jail? If he can win that show which has the face of Arnold behind it who`s in politics, surely his past troubles won`t keep him from winning the olympia if he`s good enough.

I hear you on that one, but with other CLEAN and strong contenders in the running, who d you think the judges will favor?

For sure Victor has what it takes to bring the sandal home, but I he will never be able to do it.
What kind of image do you think the federation will put out, if a convicted "criminal" gets to be the number one kid?---on one hand contreversy creates momentum, but do we really need to go that avenue?
Sure many think that we should over look at the fact that he has gone down, paid his price and.....let's forget about his jail time??

ITS UNREAL!!! I find that his posing routine is very similar to mine...I mean I could almost say that he copied that one from me.

Remarkable in many ways.
