Are any of you using gravol as a sleep aid?
I have read that it works quite well.
I'm going to try it tonight.

Let us know how it goes. Benadryl works great for me though.

Used Gravol before for sleep, worked ok but lost it's effectiveness after a short while..
Gravol puts me out, but i tend to sleep for 5 hours (damn near to the minute) then be wide awake for the rest of the night.
Had a great night sleep. Took one 50mg tab.

I agree Benadryl works great....I find Gravol knocks me out faster/harder though....

Try the "fast acting long lasting version".
I take it every night and it works good because without it I would be up at 3am and not fall back to sleep until 4:30.

I've resorted to a bottle of wine to get to sleep. Occassionaly I'll add in a sleeping pill just to spice things up a bit but a bottle of wine does the trick here. Not drunk but just enough to make me sleepy.

Cyclobenzaprine does it for me.
I usually pee the bed on those nights I'm so out...

i cant believe you'd openly admit that lol.
i cant take flexeral(Cyclobenzaprine) they give me the "jimmy leg" (restless legs) and its the most horrible thing ever when your trying to sleep.

I take gravol occasionally for sleep. I find it has less "next day lag" than benadryl/nytol.

Gravol sucks. I've taken it when I had an issue with nausea. I can't imagine taking it for sleep. It's more like passing out with a hangover.

I disagree with that. It has worked great for me so far. I always used to wake up an 2:30 am and toss & turn till about 4. With the gravol, I seem to be able to sleep through the night. I guess, like AAS.. results may vary.
(I've only used it for a few days so I have no idea aout long term use/results)
