i did a quick search and didnt come across anything, is there a FAQ/all-in-1-guide to needles/syringes floating around?

everything i suppose, my experience with needles is other people poking me with them.

eventually i will be using test e, two 250 shots a week.
what kinda guages do i need etc. (bf around 14%)

should i aspirate?

where should i inject on leg day or chest or back days etc. is it beneficial to inject in spots that you will use that day?

can i buy them at a pharmacy without a script?

should i avoid injecting in the same spot (will it form scar tissue) what if i find a really easy spot

yes you should aspirate.
rotate your injections so you dont inject the same spot more then once a week.
on leg day you can inject anywere you want really, but if your worried then inject in your delts.
yes you can buy them in the pharm wihtout a script. 20$ for a box of 100.

Saves the hassle and embarrassing of walking into a pharmacy and being turned down by the pharmacist even though they are not illegal to buy.

K skip all that..here is the secret..pick a pharmacy in your town and call them. Say you would like to SPECIAL order a box of 25 gauge 1 inch syringes...They take your name and number and call you when they come in...2-3 days if they don't have them in stock. If they happen to ask you on the phone what they are for.... say Injecting lol There for your dad...or say it's group home related and your just the messenger and anything else is confidential.
So just call and so they cant see that your just for a skinny kid and going to us them for juice...or a huge muscle bound juice pig. :)

Bro Doesn't matter..if they are going to discriminate there going to discriminate/judge you. They can deny you if they want..they will look at you and decide. They will just say they don't have any..or no longer stock them....what are you going to do...sit there an argue with them. People here are trying to help you avoid all this..ie order on line and then what I said...if you think you your going to win over the pharmacy staff think again,,,you will be the one walking away looking like an idiot.
there is 2 sponsor sites on here as well above who sells darts...support them.

got a box from the pharmacy no questions asked. however i placed a order online for future cycle

canadian med supplies, same thing as going to the pham yourself, slightly more expensive, but delivered to your door no questions asked
