Saw this board, lurked for a while and now decided to reg. I'm not a bodybuilder myself, I actually haven't worked out in over a year. I am back on the wagon and getting myself back in shape as of a few weeks ago, gear is a long ways off (although I've used in the past) and thought this board might serve as good motivation.

Although I have not worked out in a while, I hope my past experiences to everyone on this board.
