Injection hurt going in.

This has never happened before. Usually its just the common next day pain or so, and its absolutely painless at the time of injection and for the rest of that day.

But i injected my left delt and as soon as i started pushing in the EO it suddeny started to hurt, like a burning feeling, the whole time i pushed in the EO.

Im not concerned about, i know its probably nothing, just curious as to why it mighta happened and never has before. Been about 20 minutes and it still hurts a barely noticable bit BTW

Did you swab with alcohol?? Could be too much alcohol on your delt...could be you passed through some nerves... probably the alcohol though.. After your swab, give the alcohol a few moments to evaporate before pinning. Could be some of the oil got on the pin too..again alcohol from the gear passing through virgin tissue....lol...rookie..haha..

I'd agree w/ gustavo. Betcha all the alcohol didn't evaporate from pinning site. done it a few times myself. Bit of a sting.

Sometimes when you push the air out of the syringe, some of the oil drips down the needle...a lot of BA there touching virgin delt tissue...lol.

Wait, just to make one thing clear. The injection hurts while your injecting the AAS, NOT when your pushing the pin through the skin layers and into the muscle.

If so, it is not the rubbing alcohol the culprit.

I always let some of my inject drip down the pin to kind of lube it up before I inject thinking it will be easier than with a dry pin and no pain for me. I had something similar happen in my quad a while back and it hurt like hell injecting but I thought maybe I had bullseyed a hair follicle. Anyway I left it for rest of cycle because the pain was still there when I tryed to inject once again. No real damage.

I never read the Anabolic Reference Guide, but to me it made sens.

I just let one drop slide along the outside of the pin while spinning it to get maximum coverage, and it is ready to be injected.

I do..everytime.


And then i use a grease gun and shoot a few pumps into the needle, only works with an 18 gauge though, the lube cancels out the needle pain though so i think its ok.
