Gyms in Brampton, Ontario

Soon i might be moving to Brampton, Ont and i would like to know if any of you guys know of a good gym and Supplement store in, out, or around that area? Thanks

Well there is a goodlife fitness there, I know that.
That all I can give ya though, sorry.

Take a look in the yellow pages and check a few out once your there, I'm sure you will find something to suit you needs.

La Fitness at Steeles and Kennedy in Brampton, probably the best gym in Brampton (was formerly Canadian Bodyworks till the owner sold out).

There's a musclemag store on Queen street near the intersection of queen and kennedy. The best bbding gym, been told, is on steeles and kennedy, never been to it, do a search you will find it. There is a Goodlife at the Bramalea City Centre, and a YMCA downtown. I call it the Den of Thieves- what other Y gets its 100 pound dumbells stolen? Inner city gangsta youth thugs everywhere, go there only if you live downtown and are willing to pay extra for 'member plus' status. There are a number of community centres, never been to any, but a couple are new and have weights.

Do not join a gym in mississauga. The traffic in Brampton/Mississauga is BAD, you dont want to be going far.
