Try half that and see how you make out. For me it is real obvious, when the estro is getting too high my nipples itch. It is a good indicator.

if your nips are puffed out and have the texture of a hot marshmallow then aromasin is too weak

i like letro, it gets rid of the bloat fuking fast. mine was liquid, pills would be gay cause it's so much harder to control the dose.

Wow way too high a dose! I take .31mg eod split the cap into 8 what are you trying to do? 2.5mg eod is a gyno reversal dose. I get no side effects from letro but the dose I am taking is much lower. LOWER YOUR DOSE!

Yeah. I was thinking the same thing. That dose of Letro is way too high. It is VERY effective and you do not need much. I go .25mg EOD and it works fine for me. It's no wonder you're suffering.
