Hey bro I'm not sure about Mission(might not be much) but theres a few decent gyms in Abbotsford,which is close to Mission.World Gym and Raptor's come to mind.Good luck.

In Mission Bro I go to INFORM FITNESS its not a bad gym...its the only gym I think in Mission...Its cheap also...c u there

i trained at raptors and worlds in abby and theyre really good gyms not the typical commercial gyms all over the place now

yeah I'm in mission too, Inform is decent/cheap ($5 drop-in/$30ish monthly)....or 15 mins to Maple Ridge. M Ridge has Champs ($10 drop-in!/$30ish monthly) closest to you.....hope this helps.
