It may just be food poisoning. I got the same thing from KFC a few years back. I was all good in about 2 days. Keep the fluids up and get some rehydration salts. It is the lack of fluids that will make recovery longer. Start eating heavy fibre foods as soon as possible.

I had food poisoning from 'street meat', it was so bad I couldnt even keep water down. I puked for 24 hrs. Felt like death wouldve been better.

fast food places scare the hell outta me. my daughter is 15 and has been working in one and the stories she tells me about some of the employees keeps me eating at home.

Remember though it takes a while for food poisoning to kick in fully......I think at least 24 hours, so it might not be the Wendy's that did it. I love Wendy's :) That was a good rant though btw
