Have you ever tried the Thor's Hammer? Get a short-handled sledge or put some plates on one side of an adjustable dumbbell. Grab it by the handle, sit on a bench, brace your elbow inside your knee like you're doing concentration curls, and do slow, controlled supinations and pronations. This works well with more sets and fewer reps with lots of rest, say 5X6, 90 secs rest.
Other than that, reverse curls and wrist curls work just fine.

If you want to add a twist to it because it gets long looking at yourself in the mirror.... Grab the weights and walk around or do walking lunges with them until you can't hold on anymore, good for the legs too. :)
Try starting with 45lbs plates that'll give you a good burn.

wrist curler i think there called piece of bar, a rope and some weights that hang from the rope, pretty simple but they work.

i am not sure whats in this link. but i got it from lee hayward after i bought some of those 100lb plus hand grippers.
