This is going to be my second cycle. I wanted some opinions on the doses for this one. I've read different things and I want opinions from you guys.

Things I'd like to hear from you all:

-D bol doses and for how long?
-Test E (10 weeks presumably) or 12 weeks?
-Front load or not? I'd say front load, but is it necessary with a nice kicker like the D bol?

Basically thats it. I'm waiting on my PCT stuff and I'm ready to go!

It was Test E for 10 weeks @ 500/week.



Thanks to the rest of you.

Some say 4 weeks, some say 8. I'm assuming side effects get worse around 8 weeks than 4?

I'm not clear on what your trying to say.

I was referring to front loading with the test. What do the d bols have to do with it? And what about water weight?

wait for the test to kick in around week 4...then start your D-bols.....:hu



dbol is typically associated with weight gain via water retention but makes you strong as **** (or it does for me).....wait for the test to kick in to take full advantage...dbol as a kicker is just showing off the water retention you are going to lose.

I'm seeing more people recommend starting the dbol later in the cycle. It makes sense, however it also makes me think that injury might be more likely if strength increase is combined with the test kicking in.. resulting in lifting heavier weights too quickly.

As long as you don't go nuts with the strength gains, should be ok.

i have kick started with drol and dbol....

i honestly dont see the point.... its all water gains.... u lose it as soon as u come off. here is what i recommend:

wk 1-4 100mg prop eod
wk1-12 500mg enth

that is all

So your the only one recommending starting them later? You and Kloan anyways. Is this what you've always done?

Even at week 4, won't you still gain the same amount of water? Plus at week 4 my test should be kicking in so water retention will be coming from that as well, right?

ThanksFor your Dbol why you don`t take 4 weeks.And for your Test E for 12 weeks.I think that`s good cycle ...For Kick start....

Well you could throw an AI in there to keep water down. I've never done orals, and honestly don't know when I will, but I have been reading for quite some time that starting the orals later is a better idea as well.

If you have access to Prop, it might be an idea to order some up before starting this cycle and front loading with Prop, then hittin the orals @ wk 4.

well the traditional way to front load with dbol would be

wk 1-4 or 5 dbol 30-45mg
wk1-12 test 500mg

i have done this numerous times..... with experiance comes wisdom and maturity... dont see a need fo rwater gains now....no mater how strong i get

Thats exactly what I've mostly been reading. I guess I could start with 30mg and increase slowly until I feel its too much?

dbol is gonna give you some water no matter what. Keep your diet clean and make sure u have an good anti e on hand.

and yes 30mg is a good place to start. Try it for a week... up only 5mg at a time for 1 or 2wk at a time. therefore your highest dose would be wk 4 at 40mg if you upped dose at every chance.

there is no need for more then 40mg. just extra water at that point.


My adivce still stands as before (kick start with prop instead) ....taking a drug simply because u have it is not a good reason.

personally i wouldnt use dbol ro drol when there was still a chance of wearing a tshirt hahaha I'd wait until at least dec to run it....if i were to ever run it again

So are you suggesting front loading with Prop and then switching to Enanthate after a week or two, and not use the dbols at all?

Luckily for me, December 1st is the starting date haha

My friend will front load next time. He tried using them mid-cycle but his strength increases outpaced his tendons. That said if he didn't have tendon issues he would definitely use them in the middle as the increased strength really helps move the weights.

You have two choices:
1. Test E for 12 weeks and dbol starting week 4.
2. Test E for 12 weeks, test P for first 4 weeks with dbol starting either week 1 or 4.
This will allow for the most synergstic effect. If you start the test E and the dbol week one you lose all the effect of the test because of its long ester...it wont start kickin until week 4-5. Thus starting the dbol then gives you the most bang...otherwise start both prop and e and dbol at week one...bang from the start.

i am saying start enth adn prop at same time.... then drop prop coming out of week 4 adn keep just enth till wk 12.

u will feel prop in 1-2 wks enth will kick in aroound wk 4

u will feel prop in 1-2 wks enth will kick in aroound wk 4 i feel prop in just a few days...its stable in the blood by the start of week 2....shoot it ed and its a lot better imo.....

yeah if u pin prop ED it will stay more stable.... but thats 9 shots a week.

if ur ok with that then do this

mon 250mg enth 50mg prop
tues 50mg prop
wed 50mg prop
thurs 250mg enth 50mg prop
fri 50mg prop
sat 250mg enth (optional if u are gonna rin 750mg only) 50mg prop
sun 50mg prop


that should work wonders
