I just want to know how many of you use an ECA stack and got great results? Also how you used it and how long?

works great for me

i take 24mg withh 200mg caffiene twice a day on work days and off when not working to give my receptors a break.

I'm not voting, as my results were in between. I have not used it for a long time, however it is a good stack, one of the best ever really.

5 days on, 2 days off. 25mg Ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and 81mg aspirin, 2 to 3 times a day.

Haven`t use it for a long time myselft, but it works. It really cuts your appetite and gives you energy in the gym when you may feel tired when dieting. If you`ve never taken it, I would start off with smaller doses and take it with food. In between meal taking l-tyrosine will increase the effectiveness and you will fell a mood elevation. Personally would ditch the aspirin as it reduces the production of prostaglands which are a process of muscle building. Have no idea how much truth there is to that though... Whatever you do don`t substitute it for some shit over the conter fat burner. This is the real deal and only a sales person would tell you otherwise.

I'm with this guy. I've never heard of these tyrosine recommendations, where did you hear this? Something I've got to look into. Rotating 5 on 2 off or 3 on 1 off is a good idea

I found it a lot more effective that clen, way less sides and it gave me energy not crack-victim shakes. I've never used it with the asprin though. I liked 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off.

Hey 5151, the tyrosine recommendation came from a tip I read in mm2k while it was in it`s prime. I use this every pre work out and the dopamine increase itself is a reason I never train without it. Even a second dose taken in the evening but not too late I find increases neural recuperation. TC I beleive said it made the stack 50% more effective using 1 gram but I use more 2-3 grams per dose. Not sure how much I buy into those numbers, (the 50% increase) but defenitely recommend anyone try it. Plus now you can buy l-tyrosine by the kilo so it`s very cheap. I love this product so much anyone could have almost started any thread and I would have said take l-tyrosine with it! Lol...

L-tyrosine also promotes healthy surrenal and glands something the eca stack can be somewhat harsh on. Your cycling method is good advice, could also do 1 day on 1 day off. Whatever anyone decides to do, do not take it 3 months in a row to cut like I once did. I felt tired and depressed/moody for a good 3-4 weeks after.

I may be in the minority here, but clen actually gives me less side effects than the stack. Just a note I`ve never taken more than 40 mcg of clen and worked my way up to it and will take weeks before I get to 25mg of ephedrine 3x`s a day which I personally find almost unbearable.

I haven't taken it in a while as well, played havoc on my prostate. Never made my own eca, i took Thermalean and it really worked when i wanted to lean out a bit..

wk1 16 mg Eph + 200 mg Caf + 1 cap Green Tea Extract 3xday
wk2-3 24 mg Eph + 200 mg Caf + 1 cap GT 3xday

Good energy and appetite suppression

Last time round added Yohimbine HCL

wk1 5 mg Y + 1 cap GT 3xday
wk2 5 mg Y + 16 mg Eph + 200 mg Caf + 1 cap GT 3xday
wk3 5 mg Y + 24 mg Eph + 200 mg Caf + 1 cap GT 3xday
wk4 6.25 mg Y + 24 mg Eph + 200 mg Caf + 1 cap GT 3xday

Felt great, great cardio and recovery time, good appetite suppression. Lost 7.5 lbs total and just over 2% BF. Pretty crappy coming off though, drinking lots of coffee and still feel like sleeping.

Today was the first time i tried an ECA and i loved it. i got such a great workout on it!!!
