View Full Version : pros and cons of cruise and blast opinion needed

Stats:
30 yrs old
6,1 233 pound with the lowest BF of my life.

For the past few years I have always cycle my AS with equal time (if not more) time off than on. This year, I have been on for the past 9 months and was wondering if I should cruise and blast or just stop and cycle later.

My cycle:
months 1-2: 1 gram of test
months 3-4: 1gram of test 100mg tren ace EOD
months 5-8: 500mg of test
months 9 until now I added 50-60 mg of turinabol.

I used the first 2 months for bulking, went from 242 to 255.
Months 3 to 8 I was cutting, went from 255 to 225.
Now I'm 233 after adding more carbs-protein to my diet plus the turinabol.
I Whas tinking of lowering cals once the turinabol is done and take care of those last pound of fat. Like I said Its the fist time in my life Im that low BF wise. That is also why I dont want to stop now and risking of having a set back since I'm so near of my goal to get ripped.

I was thinking of adding HCG every 3 day until I make up my mind to stop. I know I should have added it from the start.

on a side note I got my GF prego 7 week ago lol

If you do plan on coming off.

I would add in HCG ASAP, and then pct for at least 6-8 weeks.

not sure you are one to give advice...the other day you didnt know if you had Deca or NPP !!!!! :mock

leave the cycle advice for people that have successfully cycled.....no trashing ya......just sayin'

what?

I knew i had deca, i just forgot haha. Are you trying to say i dont know the difference between NPP and Deca?

I admitted, my brain went completely black and for some reason i thought my upcoming cycle included NPP, because i was talkin to a buddy about NPP for like 3 hours and future cycles.

It was a late night honest mistake, how can that mirror anything haha

Well you've already tapered down so you could continue to taper down and come off... if you keep your diet tight and stay with the training you shouldn't lose too much, but forget about getting really lean as you will soften up a bit which makes you look a bit puffy even when your bodyfat is fairly low.

The other option if you're determined to get leaner is to either continue to taper down to 250mg/week and then jack it back up or just go back at it now and split it into 4/8/12 week blasts followed by reasonable length cruises...the length of the higher dose is dependent on how your body responds and how long you can stay at a heavy level of training before it wears on you.

If you want to blast and cruise make sure your cruises are 150-250mg max...no need for more.. And, do not skimp on the HCG..use it every 3-4 days, no exceptions.. Your boys will produce test with HCG, even on cycle..even on very long cycles..
