Man what terrible music playing. I don`t know what he was expecting his mom to do, oh well. Why would he even post that on the web for people to see? Got a good laugh though so it`s not all bad.

Actually when I used to train in my basement (from 12-16 years old) my mom would sometimes spot me on the bench when I finally got a bench that is. That bar sure look impressive loaded with those big 25lbs cement filled plates (3 a side baby) with an extra 10... Felt like superman pushing that shit!
