hcg shot hurts like a mo fo

finally got some hcg for the hrt protocol so i mixed it with sterile water didnt have any ba water but i know this ok as well.how ever when inject it didnt hurt but when pushing the hcg in it hurt like a mo fo stum n worse than prop ouch.i thought maybe it was the site i chose which was the shoulder then i tried the glutes were i give most of my shots with no problem.wtf again when i put the hcg it stung llike hell is this normal.and yes it was im shot not sub q shouldnt make a difference except the manufacture of the hcg recommend im over sub q.

I have never had HCG shots hurt. I usually pin my quads, IM. This is unusual from my experience.

I usually shoot my HCG subq and it only stings a bit sometimes. Most of the time I don't feel anything. If it hurts too much try subq, works just as good.

Bro sterile water will not keep your HCG sterile. Sterile water is meant for single use only, then it is supposed to be tossed. I suggest you use the HCG as quickly as possible, as bacteria can grow very quickly in a solution that does not contain a preservative.

Next time use B. water bro, it will prevent any nasties from growing in your HCG.

Look on the bottle, it will say "for single use only" if it merely sterile water. If not, check to see if it contains any preservatives, ie benzyl alcohol etc. At the pharm they probably thought you were going to do it all in one shot. Funny thing is, i learned about the sterile water issue from my pharmacist..lol.

Yep sodium cloride is the stuff that the vet mixes with the pill in the other bottle,that is why i use b-12 with my hcg.Man the pain is unreal.

Weird... i have been using bacteriostatic sodium chloride for my HCG and GH and it does not sting at all.

I think everyone is different. Also I think it depends how much you dilute it. I'm sure if I use entire vial say 5000ius sub-q in one spot it would hurt a little.

I've never used HCG, but I've heard complaints about it stinging. Sorry I can't offer any advice.
