Running 60mg ED Var, 650mg per week Primo
So far things are going well. Strength and pumps are improved and gained 7-8lbs. I attribute a lot of that weight gain to starting to train legs after many years of neglect and a much improved diet. That said the gear is great.
I am 6ft and started at 178. Now I am 186.5. But my "cheat" day was yesterday so I usually come in 1-2 pounds over the day after the cheat.
Bench was 205 for about 5 pre cycle. I busted of 8 at 225 last week. Thats ****in cool.
No sides and balls still work. Slight boost in sex drive which is good as I was afraid of a slow down. It still may slow down we will see.
Lastly I trust my gear is good. Great source and great feedback on here and other boards about the labs that produced it.

I will post some pics when im done. I did take some before shots.
Im running the Var for about 7 weeks and the Primo for 11-12. I am running through the primo a bit faster than I planned. I have to be careful not to pull too much out of the vile.
Diet is not amazing but pretty good. Its a big improvment from when I started.
Before:
Cereal for breakfast.
No real agenda for lunch. Sometimes I would eat a sandwhich but often I just skipped it.
Dinner would be pasta and steak or quesadilas or fajitas, chicken and pasta. I mean just good tasting food but not total crap. Lots of cals later in the day though.
Dessert every night. Ice cream or a chocolate bar e.g. ben and jerrys , or often up to 100g of a lindt bar with nuts.
The best part was alcohol 3-4 days a week. 2 days of fairly heavy drinking on weekend (6 beers and a few glasses of wine one night. Maybe 4 beers the next) and about 3/4 a bottle of red on Wed maybe another night also.
Now: Sample day but its always close
6:30amCereal for breakfast. Musli with berries. A Bannana
9am 30g isolfex protein shake.
11:30am chicken and rice and maybe a bit of broccoli or beans (leftovers)
1pm GYM
2:30 30g protein shake
3:30 chicken and rice and beans etc. (leftovers from dinner)
6pm Dinner- say Salmon seasoned and baked. Lemon, dill. Potatoes boiled. Beans, spinach salad with some newmans own balsamic.
8:30 30g shake and bananna
10:30 bed
This is pretty typical now. I make enough dinner to supply 2 moderate sized lunches the next day. This way I have 4 solid meals and 3 or so small isolate shakes.
The diet is fairly clean but much higher in protien and far lower in fat and alcohol. This is contributing to the gains.
As for gym split. I do 45 mins cardio ED about 130-140 BPM. Just to sweat.
chest/tris
back/traps
shoulders/bis
legs/cock pushups
I toss forearms into the mix on an off day and add a few sets of bis on an off day also. They need extra help.

My PCT is not firm yet. I have read so many different opinions. My source says HCG. Others say some clomid will do just fine. Any advice would be appreciated. When I was in my early 20's I never did any but im 30 now so I will do PCT.

My plan with this is to basically stay the same weight but exchange fat for muscle. I seem to be adding size which is cool but I really don't want to get over 190. If I do the running will have to come out. I want to trim some fat. My waist is down 1/2 inch to 32.5 so thats good.

It's a safe safe cycle, imo you have to be very lan to see results, nice cycle, not for me but nice for vasc look

jesus christ 650mgs a week of primo, damn you must make some good bread to afford that dosage!! Thats just an expensive cycle to begin with, as var aint cheap either. How long you plan on running these two compounds at that dose?

Primo..lean and powerful.
Anavar..leaner yet the last month and sure to be a winner.
I never saw a sex drive problem on them...they were the best months and years of my sex life.

Your goals are your goals, but something to think about - nobody ever really noticed I worked out until i was in the 230 area. I still remember being 190 and thinking i was pretty big, but looking back... also I'm much happier with the way I look at 230 than around 190... so I'm not saying you need to go to 230, but I personally wouldn't worry about gaining weight.
That's just me though

I've been 230. I was in the gym ed but a lot of my 230lbs was fat. Not a gut or anything but not in good condition. I don't want to be that big again. I like to fit into suits etc. This is a cycle after about 6-7 years off and I plan on a mild cycle once every 2 years or so.
I'm around 230 now aswell with simular goals, maybe not quite a small. Good to hear its working out for you. Very mild cycle to. You could have probably gained more with a test tren dbol stack:bch haha. Just kidding you gotta do what works for you.

Me either just was always told 50g simple carbs immediately PWO, body is like a sponge right after you work out and you want to take advantage of that.
When I was eating carbs I was just adding some Dextrose ( Corn Sugar ) to my whey shake PWO.
Maybe someone else who doesn't just puke up what they heard.. like me.. can explain the reasoning.. :)

I have not had any problems but im not predisposed to baldness and im only 3 weeks in. Hairloss would not be cool. I'm already going grey at 30. :confused:
