Don't fall into the impression that somatypes have certain diets. If you find yourself sitting in the 'ectomorph' body type, it simply means you need to friggen eat more. People use somatypes to describe themselves to compensate for their lack of efforts and results. "I'm not gaining weight, it must be because I'm an ectomorph". No, its because your not eating enough.
To answer your question, you need to find the right calorie amount and eat that much consistently. So, instead of expecting someone to give you some sort of magical "Ectomorph Diet", you need to start reading about basic nutrition and how to eat right.
I'm a Ecto and i eat about 60-100 carbs per meal,or 2-3 grams of carb per pound of bodyweight.Small frame and small joints are ecto.

That`s good advice although I`d aim closer to 100grams of carbs per meal. Serioulsy I`d read John Berardi`s appetite for construction series, you can find them at T-nation. The carb sources listed by Smart Tony are the best ones. As far as supps go, wait until you`ve gotten a handle on the nutrition aspect. As for training there is all kinds of ways you can do this, I prefer low volume high intensity but you may be different.
thanks a lot for your answer! believe me i eat really well, i mean healthy, and i had read a lot... i was just wishing to see differents points of view and take some advises..thanks for yours!

No problem.
I still dont know why people are talking about their carb intake. You need to worry about overall calories at the end of the day. The day you start understanding that and applying it is the day you'll gain weight.

As mentioned above getting enough calories and protein for growth are essential. Being an ectomorph is probably more related to the psychological issues of you having difficulty eating large amounts of food. Look for calorie dense solutions and if this mean you have to eat outside the realms of whatever bodybuilding enthusiasts declare "clean" these days don't be afraid to do so.

Eat everything in sight. **** the "diet". Ectomorphs are people with high metabolisms. So it doesn't matter what you eat, just eat more. You want to put on mass and you are an ectomorph, then a high intensity, low rep heavy wieght workout and eat an egg between every set. Drink a protien shake with at least 45 grams of protien in it immediatly after you drop your last wieght. Eat like a horse every 2 hours and stay above your homeostasis point. ITs not as hard as ectomorphs make themselves believe. Triple your bodywieght in grams of protien a day. Develop the mental fortitude to grow, and the discipline to train really hard and eat harder.

Gotta disagree with you muscleshark. That`s way too much protein. Let`s say the guy weighs 150lbs, so you`re saying he should eat 450 grams of protein? As you know protein takes longer to digest and would make it impossible to eat 70 grams of protein per meal assuming he eats 6 times a day. I would rather have him eat 1 gram of protein per pound and 3 times the amount of carbs over protein. Throw in some natural peanut butter, flax oil and read meat, he should be fine. Don`t forget the simple carbs after training with the post workout shake. I`d have him eat sugary cereals like frosted flakes as much as you can handle (advice from Dan Duchaine) within 2 hours then chug a whey and oats shake (1cup of grinded up oats here) two to three hours later whole food meal lots of rice, any choice of meat and vegees. Before bed ground beef with 3 eggs yolks, if you wake up in the midldle of the night, drink a protein shake, eat some yogurt. These are the essentials, I`d have an ectomorph do just keep the carbs very high if you can handle them and 30-40 grams of protein is ample here.
