If one wanted to speed up some fat loss, yet not drop muscle...what would be best
25-50mcg of t3/day or clen????

Since you're on low dose test already you don't really need to worry about dropping muscle while on the T3 so i'd say run both...
Ramp up to 100mcg/day T3 and depending on your tolerance 100mcg/day Clen is what I use.
I like clen,then with your off time from clen hit the t-3 at 50mcg for 4 weeks tops then take a month off from the t-3,then hit the clen again for 18 days straight before the downgrade will kick in.

Cytomel and clen can seriously **** you up and should not be thrown around like they are simple over-the-counter fatburners. The non-chalant responses that you got from gsxr and smart tony sound like they are talking about thermo-leans. Take these two drugs very seriously and do your research thoroughly. If you are looking for a short-cut to fatloss then you are in for a big surprise. Try an ECA stack and put some effort cardio-wise into it and you will get the same results.

I did not mean to come off as 'non-chalant' sorry. Of course do your own research, i'm just sharing my personal experiences as he requested.
What's your past experience with Clen/T3 Muscleshark? What was it like for you? I've seen pics of you just curious if you used it and what you thought of it.
Maybe Simon85 can chime in here too, he will shed some light on the combo.
I get harsher sides on ECA than Clen/T3 but maybe that's just me.

I'd run T3, you can use it for longer period of time and control your dosages. Doesnt down regulate so fat burning will keep going. And is the safer of the two.

I'm doing 40mcg of T3 right now while ON and noticed a very nice drop in fat, minimal muscle loss at this low dose. Also using LipoEX this time around. Clen I have tried and have a full bottle next to me.. I gotta say I wasn't impressed last time with it, I get more off ECA...

I'd start with 25mcg and ramp up by 12.5mcg increments up to 75mcg a day and down. Depends on how long he wants to cut for, but schedule the ramping and tapering around that length.

I found T3 to be safe and effective over the years. I don't go too high and for too long (6weeks max, taper up/down)

keep pluggin, add nothing... :( not even more cardio... was going to email him RE a 4-6wk boost of fat lose...but i know the answer i think..lol
