Hello everybody I'm Zeron or Z for short..I'm currently 240 at ruff 15% B/f.Been at this sport for 18 yrs but I had 4.6 yr off due to a car wreck. May 01/2003...June 30th I was 265 10% B/f & hand just started my ripping cycle.
I went from King in my own head 2, the most depressed person in the world,
18 mos after my Acc I was 244 at 37.7% B/f looked like shit..Burned every pic I had when I was Top weight everything...I was mentally & phsy a mess..On pain killers depression pills the works..Anything that would work for me, so that when I looked in the mirror I could not see the real me...At the 2yr mark.I went to my Dr, & to my surprise their was a new Doc in his place, Same hight as I , just a mirror image or me 2yr early, his major was spots meds.
He just happened to fill in last min for his my doc, I explained my situation, we were in that room for an hour, by the time I left that office he took me on as a new client reduced my meds & for the first time in just over 2yrs I was headed for the gym...Now Oct 2008 is here and I'm back...It hurt every step of the way & at times I wanted to give up But I got a drive in me filled with determination....I'm back in the buss, Always have my game shirt on & loving the sport that made me, Me....If I can do it Any one can....& if this messages helps on person who's down 2 day then everything I went threw as worth it...

Hello Every One My Name Is Zeron & I'm here 2 Stay....

You've just got to stick to it and keep pushing. Your body will respond, and the results will more than justify the pain, effort, and sacrifice. Good luck, bro!

Welcome to CBB and glad you're back training, many people after serious accidents lose limbs, paralyzed, brain damage etc. Make the best of your good fortune and work harder.
