Hi guys, love these boards.I was reading lots of posts and was really impressed as to how informative you guys are.

Anyways, here she goes:
I'm turning 20 in 2 weeks and I am 185lbs at 5'10, I attend university so life can be pretty stressful and I've been 'wanting' to start at the gym for the longest time. I came to these boards seeking advice on starting out, at the moment I have a good sized stomach so I plan to lose the fat before I put on anymore muscle than I already have, this is also important because I have bad skin and it would just create stretch marks. Right now I am thinking about starting a High protein / low carb diet with roughly 2100 calories,and starting at the gym 4 times a week.

I haven't thought or read into supplements except for whey and ephedrine (I have a couple bottles sitting here). What can you guys suggest other than that for a cut or bulk cycle? There are so many things out there, and because so many people say bad things about them I haven't even thought/looked at steroids.

Protein,and ECA's is a great start stick with that,also welcome to the site.

Hey I've been to the gym a few times in the last two weeks at the University. I'm starting my workout schedule tomorrow.So when you ask where I train- I'll be starting to train at the University.
