I posted this on MN but traffic is low nowadays!
anyway, I injected my leg on Tuesday for the first time in well over a year. I've been rotating detls, glutes and pecs but thought I'd mix in the quads this time.
I had some minor discomfort the next morning but thought nothing of it and did some stretches and massaged the quad in the shower. The next day (thursday) I had an even bigger pain in my quad which got even worse on Friday.
On saturday, it started getting a little red but there's absolutely no swelling. My dad was over for coffee that night and I asked him to guess which leg was painful and he guessed thee wrong leg. The redness is very subtle.
Also the redness and pain is about 2 inches to the left of the injection site which is confusing me.
it doesn't look like an infection but the pain is excruciating. In the pain that I'm in I would expect to see my leg at twice the size and in a giant basketball bump. I literally can't bend my leg at all and not because its tight but because its painful.
I was going to hit the doc last night but I thought i'd sleep on it and see what it looks like today.
The redness is even lighter now (I can barely notice it) but the pain is slightly worse.
I do'nt get it:confused:
