Hey has anyone noticed that when they run nolva on cycle the lose water weight?

I read about a guy doing a fertility cycle of nolva and hcg and he said he lost a ton of water weight.

High estrogen levels cause edema (holding water sub-q) By using NOLVA to redudce estrogen this will cause loss of water you hold under your skin

I thought nolva didn't lower estrogen but rather blocked it.

arimidex would work very well for this,it inhibitsthe conversion of testosterone to estrogen.or if your worried about taking anything away from gains u could try using a very good diuretic supplement.

You have it right, Nolva doesn't let the estrogen to bind to the receptors,if the estrogen can bind to receptor the message is done so the water weight will come off.

Jack,

I lost a lot of my weight following a low carb high protein diet, which I needed to get my triglycerides and cholesterol down. The last time I had them checked I was lookin' pretty good but still had a bit to drop. I was weighing about 310 or so at the time. At this weight, my blood pressure was at 117/72. About this time, my wife and I were having fertility issues due to my lack of sperm. My doctor prescribed high dosages of hcg with tamoxifen. The high amounts of hcg left me extremely moody and with a lack of drive to do anything. The tamoxifen shredded the water off of me. Now add not going to the gym and an appetite that was non existent, the next thing ya know I'm down to 284lbs and soft as wet pillow. As much as this sucked it was worth it. My wife is now 7 weeks pregnant, I'm not taking the hcg anymore and my weight and strength are rebounding. I even have the desire to compete again.

Now, if I were to have my blood work done now I would guess my labs would be high. My wife is no longer eating strict and clean and I have succumbed to sympathy 'cravings' of junk food. LOL! So, I'll have to clean my diet up here shortly.

That's something I was loking at on elitefts.com, I found it odd that he found taoxifen made him lose water weight.
I've been running about a gram of test lately, and I added in some nolva just to keep things down there working properly ( i know this wasn't ideal, but at the time it's what I had, so please don't start responding with all the things I could have used, but couldn't have got. I since have received some hcg that I'm about to add.)
One thing I've noticed is that I'm carrying a lot less water weight, a lot less, and generally when I run the test this high I'm usually pretty bloated. So I kinda thought it was weird and wanted to run it by you guys.

After starting Testosterone my Tanita scale showed my water weight basically the same - no increase like I expected. I started getting slight gyno so I added 20mg nolvadex and 2 weeks later the Tanita is showing me down 4% water weight. No changes in diet or anything.

Yes you have it right, but Nolva doesn't let the estrogen to bind to the receptors, but if the estrogen can bind to receptor them its message is done then the water weight will come on.
