Does bloat max out once blood levels stabilize ( week 4'ish ) or will it continue to increase throughout the cycle?
I think I'm carrying 10 pounds of water added over the last 10 days.
I'm considering adding an OTC diuretic soon if it doesn't stabilize. It's not looking bad visually but I'm concerned the the rapid increase in water will raise my blood pressure.
When I look at a graph of my blood levels of T I'm not terribly surprised that things are changing fast but it looks like round about day 28 blood levels will be fairly stable through to day 80 when I come off.
600 mg per week
.5 adex eod
thanks.

Get your diet in check and the bloat will disappear.

True words SS. I've know alot of guys who run Test E right up to a competition and come on stage dryer than yesterdays toast. Bloat is due to factors like estrogen conversion at high doses like 1 gram+ a week with no anti estrogen if you are one of those guys who are prone to estrogen sides, poor diet consisting of high sodium/processed and refined sugars and carbs, and not enough water intake.

I can confirm how quickly a diet can bloat you. I was all good until I went to an all inclusive and within a couple days I blew up like a balloon and could barely get my watch on. Once I got home it took about a week of eating clean with lots of watermelon, cucumbers and drinking lots of water to loose the bloat. I was also taking an OTC diuretic. I also doubled my creatine intake, though I am not sure this helped.

I wonder if I edited my question so that the answers made sense if anyone would notice.

What you are being told is that there is no direct relation between the 2. If your diet is in check there will be little to no bloat.

Post up your diet so that we may critique it.
As Ironman mentioned there are guys who run Test E right up to a show with no problems so I don't think that is where you should be looking especially with Ari added into the mix.

Spent 3 days eating clean and lost 5 pounds of water.
You were right. Salt.

man, I'm running a gram of test right now, and that usually bloats me like crazy... and threw in some nolva just because I was feeling sorta shut down, and was having a hard time finishing.
Well, the finishing problem is gone... and I can't keep water weight on to save my life. BTW i'm literally eating the worst possible foods I can on a day to day basis. My blood is probably half gravy from all the poutine. I've also gotten leaner as well. Very weird.
