Sup all,
I'm new on the board, the other forums I've been on in the past have gotten all funny and stuff so I decided to join a new one...looks great!
I'm about to cycle again. I've lifted for strength and size for the past 3 years bulking up from 180lbs to 270lbs. Currently weigh around 215lbs after a year and a half of home gym training, half ass dieting, and focusing on my new career. Anyway I've gotten my shit together again for the past while and would like to go on a nice cycle. My past cycles have been short with a base of test, some dbol or drol, and tren. This new cycle I want to run for a long period at moderate doses so that I give my body plenty of time to adapt to its new size and keep it. I'm now on a POF HIT program. My goals are to increase size, density, and volume slowly over a long period of time and keep what I gain.
Here are my currant stats:
Age: 26
Bodyweight: 215lbs @ 18-20%
Bench: 225 for 20 reps
Squat: 315 for 20 reps
Here are my goals:
Bodyweight: 200lbs @ 10-12%
Bench: 315lbs for 20 reps
Squat: 405 for 20 reps
Here is the cycle I am thinking of running:
Weeks 1-4: 40mgs dbol/ed
Weeks 1-20: 600mgs test cyp/ew
Weeks 1-20: 600mgs deca/ew
Weeks 21-24: 100mgs drol/ed
Weeks 21-40: 600mgs test enanth
Weeks 21-40: 600mgs eq
Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated!!

up your test or bring down your deca.
No point really in doing 20 reps of 315, why not try and go higher in weights with less reps? Also dbol with 20% bf is not a great idea imo. Yous hould even really be cycling with bf that high.
10 months on?? bro you better throw in some HCG

long cycles arent all that bad if youre careful (good idea maybe not but steroids arent really a GOOD idea any way you cut it).
1) why are you switching from cyp to enth?
2) forget the deca... expecially for that long. use equ the WHOLE time instead, that stuff gets better and better the longer you go for!
3) use hcg during your run if you hope to recover after that long
4) that seems like A LOT of gear for a guy who wants to lose 15lbs. if it were me (and i use gear to cut up only) run a wack of eq for the whole time and a lower dose of test. dbols/drols arent generally the best for a guy trying to cut up but if diet is in check than it relaly doesnt matter. i generally feel if youre going to do a LONG cycle you should minimize toxic substances though

You do not have near the experience to be running a cycle that long. 10 months with your bloodpressure going through the roof is gonna kick you in the ass hard later on. IMO, its a silly cycle lay-out, and the length is absurd. You better hit up the research and seriously reconsider this, cause the risks will far outweigh the rewards in this cycle endeavor you are about to embark on.

Well I appreciate the input guys. I like the idea of running eq the whole way through. I have run deca before for a short 10 weeks and recieved positive results from it but I was not sure if eq was a better choice or not. Seems like there are mixed opinions out there regarding which of the two is better. I like dbols cause they make my strength go way up and I feel good on them but I agree that I need to min water bloat. As far as bodyfat % goes, I'm not too worried about dropping the weight...my cardio is in check and I have already noticed sig changes in the last month just from walking 5 days a week and eating out less.
As far as cycle experience and research, I am not saying that I am an expert but I have researched all of these compounds a great deal and I have read much positive thoughts on longer cycles...my pct will be intact and I am going to taper the test at the end of the cycle. I don't like yo yoing on and off 8 week cycles...i'd rather let my body adjust to what I gain and get used to it...
As far as strength goals go, I have them in check...my goal of 315 is a personal thing...i've hit 12 reps at that weight a year ago and at the time my max bench was 405 for 4 reps.
Also Im not trying to be a smart ass or know it all. I appreciate all the advice given to me here and will consider it all. The more opinions the better. I was going to switch test esters just for the sake of switching things up a bit...was recommended to me by a bud.
Here was why I was considering the deca:
1. solid anabolic steriod with min neg side effects
2. lots of supporting literature of its positive effects as a mass builder
3. good for the joints
4. a good compound for longer cycles
5. minimal weekly injections (I love tren but hate injecting ed or even eod)
6. good for strength
7. minimal water bloat (maybe not less than eq but less than test)
8. no upcoming piss tests so no worries about it staying in my system for awhile
Figured I'd run it for the first half of my cycle than switch to eq to lean out, keep appatite stimulated to support new mass, and deal with coming off eq to test to pct. I also thought those doses where moderate and from what I've read 600mgs of deca or eq seems to be ideal. Also wanted to give deca 20 weeks to maximize gains and then eq for another 20 to maximize its gains. I'd be interested to hear of anyone who has run long cycles and hear what their doses and results where like.

Wow we must be writing in response to a wall. Well since you are only taking in consideration in what you want to hear, then I would suggest a gram a week of every compound for a full 52 weeks, with only a slight taper at the end and NO hcg. Keep your sodium intake as high as possible, and a maximum of 4 hours of sleep a night. And make KFC a staple in your diet also and forget about a cutting diet, just go balls to the wall with some DNP, and you should be ready for the stage in no time.

why chastise this guy for 40 weeks on? there are a lot of guys that hop on and dont come off for way longer.......on that note......i agree to use the same ester of test the whole time.....

u need to switch your gear of you will stale out...
I would start with Deca and Test E ( more water), then switch to Test Cyp less water and EQ
up your test to 800mgs, do 500IUs of HCG every 10 days...and run Arimidex 1 every 3 days through out...

I have received similar advice to this regarding my choice in cycle...I may drop down to 15 weeks on the first half of the cycle and 15 on the second half. I will be adding in the HCG as well.

Looks like your going to be able to build alot of mass on that cycle. I don't have any experiance on a cycle that long but I would make sure to get blood work done once or twice at least. especially when your using orals.
