Also for those who prefer powder to put in your shakes... I have green's powder as well. 283g $25.00 a bottle. Same size looking bottle as the capsules above.

dunno I have hard time keeping track of the time. :) Plus I have #2 bottles open...one in the upstairs fridge and one in the downstairs fridge.

Says to increase your energy and well being, take four capsules three times day. If your a new user of greens begin with 4 capsules a day and gradually increase to 12 over a 3 week period.

I take easily #8 a day spread out.

How long does a container last?

You can tell it is summer because Mr.O is selling the green caps again. I hope you all know that all that is in the caps is what he is able to scrape off the bottom of his lawnmower. Hence, why they are only available in summer. :)

I dont think one can take too many servings of a "greens" supplement. If you're looking to "clean house" take 4-5 servings a day, plus a strong probiotic and a high fibre / enzyme supplement.

In about 2 weeks you should feel like a new person. A lot lighter in the wallet, but new none the less.
