I am doing 2 iu of gh, but it's hard to do a morning shot. What is the 2nd best time to do the shot????

You wanna take your GH shot as early as possible. Go early afternoon if you can't make morning.

As early as possible bro to avoid adversly affecting the hypothalamus' GHRH release which tends to happen in the first 2-3 hours of sleep every night.

how can u not shoot first thing in the morning? wake up, take a piss, then go to the fridge fill your slin pin and jab into stomach fat, inject. throw needle in sharps container, go take a shit and have a shower.

if your looking to build more muscle with gh;your going to have to do at least 4-6iu a day.2iu is more considred life extention dose,burn some fat and feel good.also at 2iu you wont really see any results for about a month or so.

I am doing 2iu a day for a long time. I am just slowing working my way up to where I want to be which is at 4-5 iu's a day. This first part is for fat burning and just to take it slow or ramping up.

The best time to take your GH is post workout. GH raises blood glucose levels, you dont want that all day, you want to keep it low as possible. You can mimic insulin levels PWO when cells are most responsive with a good PWO carb shake and aminos and with naturally raising your insulin levels and taking GH means no blood sugar issues.

It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you are dieting and looking to drop body fat the best time is as soon as you get up before morning cardio. This puts a halt to the catabolic phase and helps with fat mobilization while doing cardio. If you are looking to actually build muscle then the best way is every 4-5 hours throughout the day at 2iu. This mimics the bodies natural pulsatile hgh secretions. Thus you would be doing 8-10 iu per day...anything less will not build any appreciable muscle mass. This is the correct way to run gh for size...if you cannot afford to run it this way...save your money and use it primarily for dieting at 2-4 iu which works fine.
Just to clarify an issue as well...HGH does not directly raise blood glucose levels. HGH acts upon the liver which produces IGF-1 which reduces blood glucose levels. As many found out taking exogenous IGF-1 will drop BGL similar to insulin. The resultant increase in BGL that may occur in some but not most is a result of the an increase in insulin resistance...not increased blood glucose. This is a rare case and does not happen all that frequently especially in on and off users if gh. For this to happen you need to be on a high does of gh for an extended period of time as well as predisposed to the condition. Taking predetermined breaks will prevent this from happening.

Which is why I suggest PWO when cells are most responsive and Insulin can be mimicked with a carb type drink PWO. And if your going to do is 4-5 times a day take it with meals.

From guys I have talked alot about GH with, the best protocol for mass they have found was E3D higher dose, 15-20iu.

Ask Rrolla how he did on that protocol I think he liked it alot. Plus taking GH 4-5 times a day for MOST is very unpractical.
