front delt poke. yikes

personally love hitting the delts. Not this time. Went in the front and had a minor but uncomfortable muscle spasm/twitch. Then pulled out and poked about .5 inch a away. All the way in with a 1inch (not big) and it hurt so I pulled the pin out about 1/8th inch and finished up.

Now my delt is pretty sore and my delt jabbing confidence is rattled:wtf
