My source has some EO t400.

Anyway, to be honest im not very familiar with EO, so in your experience, like it? dislike? advantages of it?

EO = Ethyl Oleate i assume....some people have problems with reaction to it.....i however do not and prefer my gear to have it.

I have very painful reactions to it, but most people don't.

for me:
reduced injection pain
dissipates faster then oil

I personally don't see enough long term study on it, and the way some react is not so good, some get no pain at all, and some get very very ill.
Advantage i guess is less oil to put in body, if to painful add some deca or eq, to help if you can't take pain

I think OE is rumoured to dissolve the rubber plunger/plastic of some syringes thereby causing the plunger to stick and also causing rubber/plastic residue to be injected. Not much research has been done on OE with regard to carcinogenic effects.

For now, I prefer that my gear is in oil.

EO is used in Pharm grade injectables, so it cant be that bad.

I'll dig up some info on it.

This is an ORAL study on rats.

Regul Toxicol Pharmacol. 2004 Apr ;39 (2):202-13 15041149 (P,S,G,E,B) The safety of ethyl oleate is supported by a 91-day feeding study in rats.

[My paper] Robert C Bookstaff, Sharon B Stuard, Susan R Ward, Patricia K McKee Pesik, Susan M Henwood
The Procter and Gamble Company, Health Sciences Institute, Cincinnati, OH 45241, USA.
The purpose of this study was to determine the safety of ethyl oleate (EO) in a 91-day feeding study in Sprague-Dawley rats. EO was mixed into AIN-93G purified diet at levels of 0, 3.3, 6.7, and 10% by weight (the high-dose males and females consumed 5.5 and 6.1g/kg/day EO, respectively). All diets were calorie- and fat-matched using high oleic safflower oil (HOSO) as the control fat. The study design followed the 1993 FDA draft "Redbook II" guidelines (Toxicological Principles for the Safety Assessment of Direct Food Additives and Color Additives Used in Food). There were 20 male and 20 female rats per group. EO in the diet was well tolerated and there were no toxicologically significant findings in any of the measured parameters (clinical observations, body weight gains, appearance of the feces, ophthalmic examinations, hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, organ weights, histopathology, or male and female reproductive assessments). Mortality was limited to three males during the course of the study whose cause of death was unrelated to test material administration. The terminal body weight of the mid- and high-dose females was approximately 10% lower than that of the control group. This finding does not represent a toxicologically significant effect because rats on the EO diets gained more weight during the course of the study than historical control data on this strain of rats. The lower body weight relative to control rats is directly related to lower food consumption relative to the controls. The lower food consumption relative to controls is fully consistent with a decrease in the palatability of the EO-containing food versus the triglyceride-containing food. This conclusion is based on (1) a decrease in food consumption was noted within the first week (consistent with palatability preferences), (2) there was not a dose-response with regard to food consumption (mid-dose consumed less than high-dose), (3) the lack of cumulative decreases in food consumption which often are observed with toxicity, and (4) anecdotal experiences in our lab show that rats prefer diets containing high triglyceride fat over high EO-fat. Hepatocellular vacuolation typical of fat accumulation was noted for both control and high-dose animals. The incidence and severity of the vacuolation were higher for animals given 10% HOSO (controls) than for the animals given 10% EO. Serum calcium and phosphorous levels in high dose males were slightly, but statistically significantly, lower than in the controls. There was a dose-related increase in fecal fat concentration in both sexes from approximately 9% (control) to 18% in males, and from 4 (control) to 13% in females There were no visually obvious differences with regard to feces quality or quantity at any level of EO in the diet (i.e., color, diarrhea, weight, etc.). The increase in fat most likely represents small amounts of unabsorbed EO at the mid- and high-dose (estimates of EO absorption in this study are [Formula: see text] 80%). The No Observable Adverse Effect Level was determined to be 10% EO when administered daily in the diet for 91-days (approximately 6g EO/kg bw/day).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethyl_oleate

Ethyl oleate is the ester formed by the condensation of the fatty acid oleic acid and ethanol. It is a colorless to light yellow liquid. Ethyl oleate is produced by the body during ethanol intoxication.[1]

Ethyl oleate is used as a solvent for pharmaceutical drug preparations involving lipophilic substances such as steroids.[2] It also finds use as a lubricant and a plasticizer.

Ethyl oleate is regulated as a food additive by the Food and Drug Administration under "Food Additives Permitted for Direct Addition to Food for Human Consumption", 21CFR172.515.

Ethyl oleate has been identified as a primer pheromone in honeybees.[citation needed]

Ethyl oleate is one of the fatty acid ethyl esters (FAEE) that is formed in the body after ingestion of ethanol. There is a growing body of research literature that implicates FAEEs such as ethyl oleate as the toxic mediators of ethanol in the body (pancreas, liver, heart, and brain).[3][4][5] Among the speculations is that ethyl oleate may be the toxic mediator of alcohol in Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.[6] The oral ingestion of ethyl oleate has been carefully studied and due to rapid degradation in the digestive tract it appears safe for oral ingestion. [7] Ethyl oleate is not currently approved by the FDA for any injectable use. However, it is used by compounding pharmacies as a vehicle for intramuscular drug delivery, in some cases to prepare the daily doses of progesterone in support of pregnancy. Studies which document the safe use of ethyl oleate in pregnancy for both the mother and the fetus have never been performed.

It is approved in Europe and Mexico as an exipient for use in pharmaceutical hormone preparations, such as androgen an progesterone depots.

BTW - I'm not advocating the use of EO or reccommending anyone use it.

That is an individual decision.

This is true as i have an old empty bottle of 9* prop in my gear graveyard and the stopper is completely dissolved , its like melted rubber all over the place , works well though so its a toss up for me

goes through smooth as silk....unless u load syrings early adn shoot with em later....then its like trying to push elepahnt sperm through a slin pin

as far as ruining the plunger, wouldnt be much problem if your pin is only loaded for like 3 minutes.

as for the rubber seal in general, no idea how to prevent that. but it would have to take awhile wouldnt it. Otherwise everyones stoppers would be meltin off haha

Eo is the biggest garbage to date, this is why most of the UG's are using oils again

EO sucks.. Mind you I have reactions to it.. I can still use it but have to take 2 benadryl 1 hour post inject and another 2 pills 2 hours after inject otherwise I'll break out in hives and rash.. I'd rather stick to oil for sure... And as far as I know, the only HG to use EO is Viromone ( test prop ).

Never used EO and lol by all these storys, never will. i'm sure some are allergic to it, and some not, but personaly i see no atvantage in it, even with higher mg items, as i've see 400+ items made and stayed stabalised with just bb/ba oil done right. No need for anything else, and also, the high mg in oils i've seen/done have all been oil, just stick with a good usp oil and your gold.

it isnt really to big of a deal.

just my guys t400 is EO and his t250 is oil, ill just go with the 250 then, not a big deal

EO shoots like water for me. I can damn near squeeze it through a 28 g slin pin. Never had any issues with it, but I have noticed Ug labs that were using it before switch back to oil now, so.......

Less painful, much smoother shots. But I do find I break out uncontrollably when I'm using that as opposed to oil.

Can anyone shed light on whether or not test enth in eo can be mixed with other types of test enth in other oils?

EO;

Thinner than water,
Flows through 25g like magic,
Makes injections painless,
Creates oportunity for higher concentrations leading to better prices,
Increases half life, and active life of steroids.

Yup, no problem at all. And if you get irritated by EO it'll help as well.
