I would say this is stress related because it is only happening to you in certain situations that for one reason or another trigger some uncomfortable feeling in you.

how old are you? tren and eq seem to cause anxious responses in some people, with symptoms showing up in their mid 20s. (the only evidence i have of this is anecdotal)

i dont know. the thing is i didnt actually feel very nervous at all. other people can be so nervous that they can barely talk but they dont start shaking. it's more like i have trouble sitting still especially during an interaction, i cannot control myself, i'm like a caged animal or something. maybe it's ADD or ADHD, i don't know but i feel alot more comfortable when i'm pacing or doing something to keep myself busy. does anyone know what this condition is?

Relax more, do more cardio outside, get more sleep, and avoid things like refined sugars, caffeine, and alcohol as much as you can and you wont constantly be triggering the 'fight or flight response' and flooding your body with stress hormones.

i used to have similar simptons like the anxiety and stuff, but it seems to have gone away with age. I still find it hard to just sit or stand completly still though, could be though cuz i consume tooonnnnssss of cafffeine throughout the day
