So how many do this as a staple- ie at least 5 days a week.

As I put in the title I thought I should clarify- veggies and fruit.

I believe that the veggies and fruit juicing poll is lower than the other kind of 'juicing' which is a shame.

Pussy juice, yeah I love it... Oh sorry that kind of juice. I tried progressive greens and that stuff is loaded. Costs around a buck or so a day, which is even cheaper than bying frozen vegetables. Could acutally feel it working, just felt healthier, big time thumbs up for progressive greens. Juicing is good too, just a major pain in the ass with a clean up beyond my motivation to do everyday.

For fruits I use the frozen europe`s best (2cups) every morning in my oatmeal with chocolate whey and I seriously doubt I will ever get tired of this breakfast. So I voted no I think it`s a waste, not because it`s crap just because it was better than the other choices and can`t stand the digusting taste of V8.

Over the years I have tried to juice but cleaning the machine and preparing the fruit/veg is a HUGE pain in the ass. so i don't bother. i just try to eat fruit and veg.

I do the V8 thing and I am looking for more organic blends but I had a juicer and V8 really isn't that much more expensive.

There are some fancy juicers out there. Whenever i've tried them i have always liked it. Isn't it really time consuming making the juice and cleaning it afterwards?
