freaky muscle twitch

Well this board is sure a helluva alot more alive then the other ones I attend so I thought I'd share this here instead. Today I shot 1 cc of sus into my lat side and as soon as I started to push down on the plunger my muscle spasmed so hard it jerked it right out of my fingers and spat out the needle onto my bathroom counter!!! Anyone have this kind of spasm before?

Yep! get it all the time in Quads

this is the reason i only shoot delts and glutes....less nerves to hit

Thats usually happens to guys with small muscles...when they get bigger you wont have that issue. :moon

This is the reason I stopped doing quad shots. They used to be smooth as butter, but the last couple of times I've hit nerves. I get light headed just thinking about it.

Same here with the quads, shot out the needle along with a stream of blood - scared the hell outta me

happened to me in the calf. Kicked the counter and hurt my toe
