I was going to do a cycle a few months back but never had the time to dedicate to proper training. I've been spending about 5 hours a week in the gym training fairly intense when I'm there. I would like to start a cycle sometime in december so I have 2 months to get my diet on track before I start. My stats now are
Weight 230lbs
Height 6'3
BF 14%
Bench 315max
Deadlift 405
Squats no idea
I have some EQ Tren and test left over so i'm probably going to make use of that.
Weeks 1-16 500mg Eq
