I don't see the need for GH. Just get on a good diet and do your cardio, you will drop weight quickly without the GH. IMO. Once you're down to a lower body fat then maybe consider it, why use up your ace so quick?

Spend that money on a personal trainer or a custom diet :)

Good luck.

Don't know much about GH, but that would not be my first choice. Dido on good trainer to get you going in the right direction

I just thinking maybe it will help me burn the quicker. I understand what your saying about using your ace right away

Naw, good ol' ECA stack and a strict diet with the same cardio and you'll lose at least 2 pounds a week. But probably 20 lbs in the first month.

Do you need help with the diet? I think we could keep it simple and probably knock a good 40 pounds off you with nothing fancy right off the bat.

16% BF @ 320lbs and 6'2? Are you sure that your measurements are correct? If so, you're one massive dude. So in theory, you could drop to below 10% BF and be around 300Lbs!

I cannot help you with the GH, but what I can recommend as a diet is the ketogenic diet. It will help you shed the fat, and fast.

LOL I was thinking the very same thing...no disrespect to the OP...but if you are carrying around 270lbs of muscle you are huge. I think you would be surprised how high your bodyfat actually is. Take a picture and post it up so we can see. Or get someone trained to do a proper BF test.

Don't use the GH. At your weight proper diet and cardio will shed fat quickly.

put a pic up bro. help everyone out here to see where you stand. But I still think diet and cardio is your best bet, at least initially.

Is this all you eat in one day? Or is this one meal? What is your total intake?
