Im 21, 5ft 8" and 158lbs. I've tried to gain weight and get bigger, but no matter what I do I've peaked. So I was just wondering if there's anyone in Edmonton that's on Gear that I can talk to about what it's like to be on it. What to look for and such. Just someone to teach me, because I've done my research, and I can't ever find anything solid.

Let me be the first to welcome you on the board. That being said, steroids won't solve your problem since you obviously have no idea about how to make muscle. Even if you gained several pounds by using gear, you'd immediately loose it once you cycled off. What you're looking for is the nutritional section (and I don't mean that in a condescending tone). A solid diet is the key to muscle gain, just working out will only get you so far.

21...5'8"...158lbs... geez, you haven't peaked, you just don't know how to eat.

Instead of wasting your money on gear look up a local trainer like Ron Partlow on the ABBA site and spend your cash on them instead of a bottle of test.

Welcome ..

At < 160lbs, I doubt very much you peaked. You gotta learn how to eat.
A cycle of anything isn't gonna do much, if anything, if you don't eat right. Muscles are built in the kitchen. Eat more.

I was going to title this " Welcome Mr Poice Officer" yet i wont.

If your 21 you are way to young to even think about gear right now, like everyone else says, get a trainer, follow his guide and do it naturally till your 30's. I know this will piss you off and i am sure you will say that we dont know what we are talking about yet you said you were looking for someone to guide you and we are all guiding you in the right direction.

post your daily diet. as i believe you arent eatinmg enough.

no need to put money down on a trainer, nothing against Ron P as i think hes a great guy. but if you cant eat now on your own properly, what makes u think u will with the help of a trainer??????

Agreed. The guy asked for guidance albeit specifically gear, but none-the-less help in the right direction.

First off welcome to the board! There is alot of great advice and guidance here, but you must understand to come on and list your desire for gear in your first post will get this kind of reaction. Like physique suggested post your meal/days in gym plan and many will give you some pointers.

As far as the neysayers about your age and gear.., whatever! Many guys started in their 20's. Research, diet first, and there is tonnes of conclusive information out there on steroids so I have trouble buying the statement you have done your research and have found nothin solid??????

I guess diet would be important, but I don't keep a journal of what I eat. I'll list what I eat on a daily basis and go from there?

Protein shake ( One scoop w/ Water 40G Protein)
A rectangular take out box of rice w/ 4 chicken breast
2 cans of Tuna
Another rectangular take out box of rice with 4 chicken breast
The Second box of rice get substituted with 4 double 1/4 pounders

I have found solid information, but alot of it gets challenged by others. So I guess Im not done. Also, I do have a personal Trainer, but I get better gains on my own then when Im with him, so finding a new one would be a good idea.
