I wonder if it signals a shift away from mass monsters and back to proportion, lines, symetry, and conditioning. Good for Dex, either way. Sure, he's not huge (What is he, maybe 5'6" and 215?) ...but The Blade always steps on stage in near-perfect condition, he's a great poser, has such a balanced and complete physique... He's a very deserving Mr O.

A couple of years ago our judging panel was told to go for more of a Proportional,with symetry.The weiders know the mass game is the wrong way to go.Dexter always had the perfect body.
