Ferigno certianly has maintained his physique well over the years ... apparently from day 1 he worked with his doctor and got routine bloodwork etc to avoid ****ing himself up like so many others have. The dudes a walking testament to the fact that using responsiblity can be a sustainable practice even as you apporach 60.

Did anyone hear about the story with Ferrigno taking his own brother to court. I`m not sure if this is correct, but something about Lou waiting for his father to pass away before proceding knowing his dad wouldn`t stand for it.. Was it not because his brother using the family name for his business of some sort??? Imagine that being, brought to court by your own brother. If I ever have a son and he did that, he would be dissowned. I read this from no other than our beloved Gregg Valentino, I love it when he rips on him...

I personally like Romano, his way of thinking and he`s a very good writer. I`ve noticed that the guy has no size. In bigger faster stronger he`s looking very small. If I were him, I would have been jacked for that movie! He said he couldn`t attend the premiere of the movie because he had to go to court against his ex for custody of his kid. That type of stress can cause loss of sleep, appetite and desire to train. I wish him all the best.
