Does anyone know where I can find a complete 7 day diet with some variety. I guess I need high protein and little carbs.

I am using Simon85's diet and it's working great, not expensive, easy to prepare.. you could probably change a few things in it for more variety.. but its' something to start with:

Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs

Meal 2 8oz chicken with 60g of walnuts

Meal 3 50g whey isolate with 2 tbsp of PB

Meal 4 8oz of steak with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Meal 5 50g whey isolate with 2 tbsp of PB

Meal 6 6 whole Omega-3 eggs

Whew! Ok! The above seemed like it was your diet which you constructed. It does work great but I can't handle it. My hunger nose dives and I start forgetting to eat meals :(

That is a good looking diet.
I would suggest trying to switch the proteins around. Get Elk, or Bison in there if you can.
Also fish oils with every meal. Your muscles will be super insulin sensitive.

Natenator, of course you will get hungry, it`s a diet man! Willpower, is the key. And if it`s your first time doing a diet, yeah it will be a real bitch. Ephedrine really cuts appetite. Work your way up to 25mg 3x`s a day with 100-200mg of caffeine each dose. You may even want to just take 8mg the first time you take it if you never have, and not empty stomach. $4$ ephedrine is the cheapest and still one of the best fat burners.

Hold up a sec. You say you get hungry then forget to eat meals??? I don`t follow you here. It`s like saying I get tired, then forget to sleep!

Dude... I said my hungey nose dives and I forget to eat meals. Meaning... I am not hungry!

Which, to some thatis great, but when you are dieting and your body needs a certain amount of calories to get through all the shit you have to then you NEED your meals.

My body needs carbs, plain and simple.

On that diet, no carbs for 2 weeks. Then, allow yourself 1 cheat meal a week, try and make it the last meal of the day. Eat until you're full, and try for 150+ g of carbs.

If your body needs carbs why not take them? I`m not a fan of these no carb diets anyway, especially if you`re not on juice. All that ever happened to me was dramatic loss of strength, no pump and looking flat. You can get ripped if you simply reduce your calories and when you eat carbs they`re low glycemic. It`s really is not that difficult, the weight loss is not as fast as a no carb diet, but you keep your sanity.

Out of 6 mix the meals 3 should have carbs. Training after breakfast would be ideal for the following reasons. When you wake insulin sensitivity is high and carbs will give you glycogen for training and a good pump. Then post work out your body`s insulin sensitivity is very high, take advantage of this. Then two hours later you can have a rice, meat, vege meal as the carbs are still being absorbed well and contribute to recuperation. The last 3 meals can be protein fat like the examples already given. You get the best of both worlds. It`s been mentioned a few times lately but John Berardi explains this much better that I ever could and has great recipies for protein+carb and protein+fat. Hope this helps.

Meal 01: eggs and veggies
Meal 02: Barbecued steak and vegetables
Meal 03: grilled chicken and greens salad
Meal 04: shake
Meal 05: chilli (no rice)
WORK OUT
Meal 06: Baked yam and chicken

Google recipes, eat enough deal animal stuff yourself with plant read, and learn.

This is quite simple and works but not easy.

If you Work out during the morning have your starch during the morning instead of evening.

Use common sense
