Hey all,

I just joined and I thought it would be a good idea to post up some progress pics and stats so you can all know a bit about me.

5'8" 168lbs
22 yrs old

I've been training since I was about 17 yrs old. I started at 125lbs and have made considerably good progress thus far. I'll post a pic from when I started a few years ago and pics from now. I never really knew much about how important diet and consistency was until about 3 years ago when I joined my first forum. I've learned a huge amount and my journey is far from over, I've still just begun.

Anyways, let me know what you all think, all criticism is welcome.

Lookin' good, you are definately doing something right!! My advice would be to stay basic, more compound movements and keep eating and packing on some thickness while you're young.

Haha I've never tried. Its a lot to shave on a weekly basis!

My routines always revolve around compound movements. I will never change that. Thanks man.

good work,keep at it

Thanks drew

haha Honestly, I've heard everything. To me it looks like a parent holding a child, others think differently. The weirdest thing I heard was a "cheese string fight".. I dont know what that means!

The darkside is pretty wild. I ran 500/wk test e for 10 weeks. The results were okay. I gained about 10 lbs. Not what I expected. My strength gains were huge, though. My second cycle should be better.

You consider that a short 1st cycle? It was recommended by many people. The most I would have pushed it was 12 wks. What a length are you suggesting I should have ran it?

Well I don't know, enanthate takes like 4-6 weeks to kick in, so you only had a few weeks at max blood levels.. 12 weeks at least is common for enanthate.

But I guess that's a safe first cycle, you didn't experience many sides after 10 weeks?

Only acne. I still have it on my shoulders. I'm actually on week 4 of recovery. It took very long for the test to kick in for me, though. It would have been nice to run it for longer. Oh well, better safe than sorry.

Did you have acne issues before you ran your first cycle? Just curious.

Oh, and welcome aboard.

Thank you for the welcome.

No, I haven't. The odd pimple here and there but that's it. This is the first time I've experienced acne. Price we pay.

You really think so? I like the natural hair on a guys leg. Looks much better to me. It seems to look bigger too. I know the heavy bodybuilder's do it for maximum muscle definition, but on the average person who's not weighing in as a hulk, I think it's more flattering. Does anyone else feel this way?

Well it's natural for guys to have hair on their legs and I think it's a flattering look to an overall physique. Same as chest hair on some people like myself. I'm moderately hairy chested and trim it down as I see a lot of people doing in the gym and I think it looks better then shaved. I guess it's just personal preference. :D
