My diete is at 5000 cal/day. 40%carbs 40%protein and 20% fat in 7 meals
1- Egg white, oatmeal and fruits
2- Sandwhichs, yogourts
3- Rice, chicken, veggies
4- (PRE) Oatmeal, protein shake
5- (POST) Booster juice 700cals
6- Steak/chicken, potatoes and veggies
7- chips and salsa, slow release shake.
Of couse, it will probably change a couple time until 2009 but it should always be around 5000cal.
I divided my trainning split in a new way. SO far, its pretty good
1- arms, calves
2- legs, abs
3- off
4- Chest, calves
5- back, hams, biceps
6- shoulders, traps, calves
I like taking a little day off after legs to recover before moving on to chest.
Today, i'm on day 6. I'll hit soulders later today.

Like freeze said, im 5"8.
My trainning routine for my back are a bit like Ronnies.
switch things around a bit from like dbs to machines for a same exercises.
A routine would be:
deadlifts 15-12-10-8-8-6
Wide pulldowns 12-10-10-8
wide grip bb rows 4x10
db rows 4x10
close grip pull downs 10-10-8-8
super set with straight arm cable pullovers 4x12
Nothing very crazy. think my back is like that because i've been doing perfect forms from the start and i make sure i can fell my back on every rep.

oh I forgot, for the color. It was 2 coats of pro tan. then dream #2 i think.. Not the redish one but the gold one. This is not for everybody, it depends on your color before. SOme people might need more on less pro tan

Alright, I finally have access to a computer again. Let me tell you that dieting eill your away from your house ain't easy at all. My weight is steady around 240. I don't think it will move much more until i'm back from vacation. Then 250 before the end of october. I try to stay on track here using a bit of subway and fried rice from restaurant. So far, it seem ok.

time for a little update. My weight is still moving a little slower. its a 242 right now. My diet is not bang on but its good enough to get my weight moving. It think it might actually be a good thing. Because of my vacations, my body had a little bit of time to adjust to those 20 new pounds. If wont be to hard when i put a new 10 - 20 on again. I also had the occasion to train with nicknroll at his gym. It was a fun experience and also a great workout. These guys are nuts and pretty intense.. Im going back home on saturday, take sunday off to get ready for the hard workouts that will fallows.
