Okay, so I may be alittle OCD when it comes to my body. ( I think we are all a tad bit as bodybuilders) but it seems to me that the mirrors in my gym make me appear better, bigger and fuller than i feel i do in real life. It pisses me off because i feel great in the gym, then I come home and feel crappier because my mirrors in my bath room show me looking shittier than in the gym. Do you think the gym have special mirrors? Or am I just ****ing mental. hahaha.

my bet it's bad lighting. i've got my home gym mirrored and I didn't get offered skinny or fat mirrors. all i got was a bill for 4k! my neighbors thought we were narcissistic but when they saw them they realized the room looked bigger and more conducive to working out. 100% functional!!! lol

use the motivation at the gym to train harder so you'll look good in the mirrors at home regardless of the lighting :D

think you're obsessive compulsive? I check myself out in the reflection of windows when I walk downtown, subtlety flexing my arms

I used to do that at the beginning. Now, I don't waste my time, I know I am big :p

The only time I look myself in the mirror at the gym is to make sure of the proper form of the exercise.

I've been doing that for years and I doubt I will ever stop. I'm self-conscious for about 75% of my waking hours. Good thing I'm not skinny-fat or I'd be seriously depressed

Of all the video and pics I have seen of Westside Barbell there is not a single mirror.

You don't need a mirror when you know you are strong. Obviously with BBing it helps but focus more on getting stronger and when you feel like a beast chances are you are one.

Mirrors give too many distractions sometimes, especially when ladies in spandex are close by with camel toes.

I usually wear larger baggy workout clothes as I'm not there for style. Mirrors are handy so I can see someone coming and don't get the shit scared out of me with my ipod blasting.
