Hey all,
Some of you know me some don't so... I'll fill in the blanks.
I really like body building, bulkin up is my only goal yet I have a lot of problems that get in my way. For example: I started back up again last week but something 'popped' in my neck again so I'm stuck in bed. lol.
I was in a car accident a few years back that has left me with continuing back pain and problems. 7 years back I blew out both rotator cuffs and oddly, I tore my bicep muscle on my left arm and it healed itself to the underlay of the rotator cuff which is very very rare. So needless to say it's not very easy for me to do a lot of stuff. But I need to get motivated and figure ways around these injuries and bulk up a little. Here's my info...

180 lbs.
My goal is to reach 200 lbs, but not all in my belly! lol.
I look forward to being a part of this board and helping in anyway I can.
