Just got back from a week in Cuba. Between the sun, the 10g\day of salt in the food, the booze, oh ya and the 500mg\wk of Test E, I am now looking like the Michelin Man. At one point I could barely get my watch on. The bloat has come down a bit but my face is really showing it. I picked up a natural diuretic at the drug store and am packing back the water and eating lots of cucumber. Does anyone have any more advice on speeding up the process? I have had comments on it so I know it is noticeable.

Drink lotssss of water and cut the carbs to 50 am 50 post workout max for now... that will probably help.

Cut the salt for a while and if you're really desperate get on some AIs.
If you had 10grams of sodium a day,then i a few day it will be gone.But if you still have a problem then you will need some nola's,proviron,arimidex,or Aromasin,or letro,you can do anyone of these item to help you out.BTW if you lower your carbs it help with holding water.

agree on that, dont cut your sodium as youll just drop lots of water then rebound when you go back to normal. just watch your carbs and eat your normal amount of sodium
