If i were to do 250mg/week.Should i do two shots of 125mg or just one of 250mg/week.I was thinking of maybe 10 - 12 weeks.
Any input would be appreciated.

ya bro 2 would be better, to keep you levels more stable.
but 1 a week is ok,

With Enathate it shouldn't matter?...once the blood levels are constant/stable up there..you should be good to go. Every Wednesday? Why dart yourself 2x when you don't have too :) That's what HTR is all about. once a week at 150 to 200 to 250mg

250 1x a week you'd be going from a high of 500mg dipping to 260mg... ( 240 diff )
125 2x a week you'd be going from a high of 436mg dipping to 330mg.... ( 106 diff )
If i'm calculating correctly?

Why such a low dose? 300mg/week is typically the baseline for anabolic benefits.

I just figured i would run a low dose cycle.250mg/week is probably more than we put out naturally.300mg would probably work too.I just dont want to get crazy

I can respect that.. but your first cycle is usually where you make your best gains, and if you're going to shut yourself down, you might as well get the most out of it.
Up to you really, maybe start with 250 and see how you feel you can always bump it up.

i know a lot of guys who made great gains off of 250/wk on their first cycle
keep in mind they were using HG stuff, which we can argue all day about in terms of its potency compared to ug stuff....
either way is still reccommend 4-500mg/wk for a first timer

im 48 years young,280lbs i have never been on a diet,but eat pretty clean
I have always wanted to hit 300lbs natty but i know that wont happen so my
questions here might seem newbie.i have paid my dues in the gym & i feel now
is the time to try gear.I want to gain as much muscle i can this winter & try
the diet thing this spring.I want put up or shut up.Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
I am a member of another board but when i found this one i knew this is where its at.Everybody seems to get along ,questions asked are answered
with Knowledge & without sarcasm.

yes, i've seen, people grow on 250mg week, of sust both HG and UG, but they grew, i belive 500mg is not needed, on the very first cycle. Unless you want to add every bit extra to grow, i've seen people grow 25 pounds after 10 weeks just on de 250mg sust.

Hey Sarge,
one of my buddies who sits around 270-280 won't really even go over 250 a week, and he'll throw in some dbol here and there. He loves his cycles and always says he feels great. no lethargy or anything like that.
He said he tried a half a gram and just felt like shit, bloated and tired. This is a guy who squats 700, deads 700 and benches close to 5 bills. He built up to that natural, but he's had a few injuries here and there and wants a little something to help him out at times.
So... I think 250 is just fine dude.
Also... I've tried 2x weekly injections, and once a week injections and never noticed a difference... but that's me.
