I have the same problem. When i do eat it I add grapes or blueberries or mix in some yogurt. I thought it may be an aquired taste but not so far.

i just tried to choke down (literally) some cottage cheese, i mixed some natty pb and some nutella to try and give it some zest... it worked for the first 3 or 4 bites, then my taste buds were saying nooooo way buddy. Its so strange, i can eat some of the weird concoctions in the name of healthy benefits but cottage cheese just cannot go down the hatch... theres gotta be some way you guys do it

put it in lasagna.

Ricotta works much better! Blend Ricotta with some sauteed spinach, grated fresh mozarella, season, add some eggs and you got a great filling.

You must be East European. My parents eat it like this except they also add radishes. Its not bad, but I like mine plain with a bit of honey. I can eat that shit forever.

They actually do have a decent product, but stuff from Liberte tastes like slime.
Have you ever tried the gourmet stuff which is a bit more dry and has a more palatable texture?

I prefer real meat to the cheese anyways.

Get some pure honey and add it to it. Do the same thing to plain yogurt.

Or just buy the flavored cottage cheese.
